Our story
With a burning passion for our cultural roots and a thirst for culinary
innovation, we aimed at creating a restaurant that would bring the
traditional Aromanian flavors into the modern world. We embarked on
a journey of exploration, fusing traditional Aromanian recipes with
unexpected ingredients and contemporary cooking styles.
Every ingredient was carefully selected and each dish was crafted with love for both tradition and innovation. In our quest for preserving and also reinventing tradition, we experimented with unique flavor combinations, transforming classic dishes and creating a dining experience that is both nostalgic and exciting.
